ドライブ旅行(Monterey半島/Gキャニオン)

ドライブ旅行を計画中です。（Valley出発)
Monterey/Carmel/Big Sur方面に3,4泊？と、Las Vegas/Grand Canyon方面に4,5泊程度？

モントレー半島は未体験、水族館以外はコレといって予定なし。(Pebble Bchゴルフはなし、で。）Hearst Castleまでは北上経験あり。
ベガス方面は、Hooverダムと、Gキャニオンメインですが、ベガスの宿以外は未体験。

8月に砂漠はキツイと思うので、モントレーが先の方が賢明ですよね、笑？

ネット上から情報入手は可能ですが、経験者の口コミに優る物はないと思います。
特に宿、とお薦めレストランなどの情報を頂けると幸いです。
地図はあるし、見所の情報はある程度ゲットしましたが、ドライブ中、どこでストップすべきか、等も、、
