２４時間営業のジム

体を鍛えるため２４時間営業のジムを探してます。ダウンタウンに住んでいて、自転車しかなく車持ってません。どこかおすすめあったら教えて下さい。よろしくお願いします。

24 hour fitnessはその名の通り、24時間営業です。全米どこにでもあるので、ダウンタウンにもあると思います。自転車で行ける距離にあると良いですね。

全ての24 hour fitnessが24時間開いているわけではありません。
私はLAダウンタウンの24 hour fitnessへ通っていますが、24時間開いていません。
他のところも場所によって時間帯が違いますので、入会される前にきちんと聞かれて下さいね。
それと忙しい通りに面しているところなどは、マシンがあくまで待ったりするので、面倒くさくなります。
以前通っていた24 hour fitnessはいつも待ち時間が多く、気持ち的に続けていけそうになかったのですが、今通っている24 hour fitnessは、人が少なくて気に入ってます＾＾
