友達が無賃乗車をして切符を切られてしまいました。
これからこの子はどうしたらいいのでしょうか？

Fineを払えばいいだけです。でも結構、見逃してもらっている人も多いようですね。次からはきちんと支払うように、と口頭で注意を受けている場を見ます。ブルーラインとグリーンラインのクロスする駅の乗り換え場所でチェックしている事がよくあります。グリーンライン内やブルーライン内での見回りは見た事ないですしチケットを買わないで乗っている人も多い様ですが、レッドライン内では見回りに来る事がよくありますね。

ロサンゼルスの地下鉄は改札がないので、初めての場合、日本式に「電車に乗ってからか降りる時に精算すればいいや」って思ってしまうことがあるかもしれませんね。それでチケット切られて罰金100ドルなんて想像もしないだろうし。
知らずに乗ってしまった本人がイケナイのは事実ですが、初心者に対して説明が不親切って気もします。ロサンゼルスは観光都市でもあるんだから、もう少し分かりやすくして欲しいですね。ユニオンステーションなんかも分かりにくい！^_^
それと、グリーンライン内やブルーライン内でも検札ありますよ。何度も見てます。お気をつけて！
