お腹ぽっこり

全体的に太っているほうではないのですが、お腹だけがぽっこりしてどうしてもひっこみません。
甘いものが大好きなので内臓脂肪がついてしまっているのかな、、、とおもっているのですが、糖分をカットしてくれるサプリとか何か効果がある運動とか知っている方がいたらおしえてください。

私も気になって、腹筋毎日してたら少し効果ありますよ。縦におなかの皮がつまめなかったらおなかが浮腫んでいるらしいです。それはリンパの流れが悪くなり貯まりやすいのがおなか廻りです。それをよくするには運動しかありません。
