日系マーケット近辺にあるホテル

こんにちは。
来年の１月に、日本の田舎から両親が訪ねてきます。
両親とも、６０代後半、英語はまったく話せず、運転もこちらでする予定はありません。
２週間ほど滞在する予定なのですが、今回は都合で、ホテルに宿泊することになります。
サンタモニカのミツワマーケットか、ソーテルのニジヤマーケットに近いところ（徒歩で行ける距離）に、ホテルがないかを調べてみたのですが、見つかりません。
Holiday Inn Express West Los Angeles がニジヤに近いようなのですが、他にもっと近いホテルがあれば、教えていただけないでしょうか。
よろしくお願いします。

パシフィックスクエアにあるホテルと通りの向かいにあるホテル。

トーレンスではミツワマーケットの北にあるホテルとリトル東京にもある。
