健康保険について教えてください。

健康保険の購入をかんがえているのですが、すごく複雑で頭がこんがらがっています。どなたか詳しい方おしえていただけませんか？
今考えているのは、
deductible:$500
coinsurance: 30% after deductible
office visit: $30 copay for first 3 visits per member per year (deductible waived); after 3 visits 30% coinsurance after deductible
annual out of pocket: $2,500
hospitalization: 30%

たとえば、病気になってクリニックに行って、請求が$350だったとします。それが保険を買って初めてのoffice visitであれば私が払うのは$30でいいのでしょうか？

たとえば入院して、一日の請求代金が$2,000だとします。
１０日入院すると$20,000になりますが、この場合、私が払うのは、coinsuranceの$6,000でしょうか？それともannual out of pocket の$2500なのでしょうか？(もしかして$2500とDeductibleの$500と足して$3000？）

よろしくお願いします。
