F1ビザで2000年前にアメリカに入国しました。I-94の期限はD/Fですが、I-20切れて9年になります。2003年以降アメリカを出ていません。ESTA、顔写真、指紋最終した事ありません。3年半前にアメリカ市民と結婚したのですかまだ永住権申請してなく(ずっと頼んでいたのですが旦那の収入不安定、税金、スポンサーの件で)、突然最近義母が移民弁護士から、来年の2月までに私と旦那が日本のアメリカ領事館て手続きをして配偶者ビザを申請すればアメリカに戻ってこれると言うのです。
9年不法滞在なのに、なぜわざわさ日本に帰って手続きをしなければならないのか分かりません。再入国拒否されると思いますし、配偶者ビザが承認されるかどうかもわかりません。
旦那と義母は完全にその移民弁護士を信じ切っています。旦那とは付き合いが長くてっきりグリーンカード取得までアメリカに居るつもりだったのですが。私が病気で入退院を繰り返していた為！日本に帰そうとしているとしか思えません。どうすればいいでしようか？

前科は悪いでしょう笑 犯罪なんですから。トピ主さんなぜアメリカにいたいのかその旦那と暮らしたいのか不明ですね。
2016年1人、2017年2人います。2017年の1人は奥さんが日本人、旦那さん白人アメリカ人です。どのケースも配偶者はアメリカ国籍です。収入もたんまりです。全員弁護士使っていました。配偶者がお金あるといいですね。
2016年の人だけちょっと時間がかかったらしいですが結果今はグリーンカードとれてますよ。この人に関しては不法滞在が12年です。と言っても子供の時に違法で入国してずっとステータスなし状態です。それでも子供だと学校は行けるんですね。私が学生ビザで多額に授業料払っているのに彼女の授業料は無料です。教科書は自費だと文句言っていましたがふざけるなって話です。納得いきませんが、そんなもんです。
法律にも詳しくないですが、いますよ。上の方が話している方法で取れてる人。

家でパソコンを使っているので、インターネットつなげています、
ただ、今AT＆TのU-verse、一か月50ドルのプランを使っています。(ちなみに固定電話もAT&Tです）
インターネットは問題なく使えてるのですが、問題はコスト（50ドル）です。
インターネットだけ繋がればOKですので、もう少し安いプランの会社があれば教えてください。
テレビは持ってないですし、テレビ見ない人間なので購入予定もありません。
ですので単純に家でインターネットWIFIを使うのみの安いプランあれば教えてください。

12月のはじめに知り合いが日本から来ておもちゃ屋さんで買い物をしたいらしいのですが、そのお店に入るのにseller's permitが必要なようです。
