外反母趾

最近外反母趾が痛くって辛いです。ヒールの靴とか履かないのに多分歩き方の癖とかのせいなのでしょうね。指の間に綿を挟んでみたりしているのですが、誰か何か良い対策法を知りませんか？前、友達がお医者さんに診てもらったら即手術されて、ものすごく痛い思いをしたのを見たのでお医者さんに行くのは怖いです。それに、手術してもすぐ再発すると聞いたので、できればテーピングで治療したいのですが・・・。

私もかなりの外反母趾です。
何か自然に治せる物ってないですかね。
