ビザが、半年ほどで、きれるところなのですが、どのようにして又申請したらいいかわかりません。　　誰か、申請しなおした人いますか？　詳しく教えてもらえますか？　　お願いします。

F1だったら一回目の時と同じ手順で申請すればいいと思います。
更新っていうよりも再申請みたいな感じで。

一回目に代理の会社に頼んだので、私のほうは、何もしなかったんですが、自分でするとなると、何をしたらいいのでしょうか。

在日米大使館のHPに書いてありますよ。
必要な書類を揃えて面接時に持っていけばいいだけです。
もし分からなければメール下さい。
自分も来月面接なんで。
