As Mr. Savings Fun says, using an air fryer makes the outside crispy and tasty, and more importantly, it's a shortcut, so it's off the subject to use a frying pan. I don't care about the electricity bill, so I use it all the time.

I have a large 24.5 qt and a 5.8 qt. 5.8 is enough for 2 pounds of fried food.
