良いお医者さんを教えて下さい

ここ２−３日、首と顔の付け根辺りの、リンパ腺か扁桃腺かは不明ですが、押すと痛いのです・・・
風邪を引く前に、いつもと言っていいほど、必ず喉がいつも痛くなるのですが、今回はその首の下の部分だけ痛く、熱もなければ、喉も痛くないのですが、念の為、医者に行こうと思うのですが、日本語の通じる、良いお医者さんをご存知ないでしょうか。多分、内科だと思うのですが・・・
トーランス近郊希望です。
保険は、ＰＰＯを持っています。
