感謝祭のディナーは家族の所に友達も招くのが普通で家族だけじゃ無いですよ。あと、昔日系で働いてた時は同僚の日本人同士でポットラック風に持ち込みで皆で集まってました。
誰からも誘われない場合は、、、うちでフットボール見てるかなあ。日本の正月みたいにガランとしてるから、外に出てもつまらないし。

食べ物に関しては店舗によってはスーパーが早い時間は開いていたりします。
私なら前日にチキンの丸焼きを買っておいて、箱から出して作る粉になってるマッシュドポテト、コーン缶の水分を切ってバターと一緒にレンジでチン、スーパーの袋に入っているグリーンビーンズもレンジでチンしてガーリックパウダーとオリーブオイルで味を整えてディナーっぽくします。
簡単だし雰囲気は味わえます。知り合いだったら呼ぶのになとちょっと寂しくなりましたが、気楽でいいと言う人もいますよ。
学校や会社の人にどうしてるか聞いてみては？じつは一人で過ごすことになっている人いるかもしれませんよ！
