Green Cardの抽選への応募の仕方ってどうやるんですか？期限はいつまでなのでしょう？どなたか情報を持っている方、教えてください。やはり弁護士さんにお願いしたほうがいいのでしょうか？

Applyするには特に弁護士さんつけなくても大丈夫じゃないかと思います。特に難しいことはなかったので。
私は弁護士さんつけてません。
