リバーサイドのダウンタウンの治安って・・

リバーサイドのダウンタウンってどうなんでしょうか？
もちろん、ダウンタウンだから治安は住宅街に比べれば悪いと思いますが、悪い度合いがわかりません。
ロサンゼルスのダウンタウンも場所の悪いところと、シニアコンドなどがある結構いい地域もあるし、リバーサイドのダウンタウンはどうなんでしょうか？発展しているところなんでしょうか？
それとも結構、廃墟しているところとか？人種の割合などはどうなんでしょうか？女性（おばさんですが）が一人で住むとなると、避けた方がいいでしょうか？
