現在ＯＰＴ中でＨ１−Ｂビザを申請中です。
Ｆ１ビザはすでに切れてしまっているのですが、この状況で日本に帰った場合、
アメリカへ問題なく再入国できるかどうかご存知の方いらっしゃいますか？
Ｆ１ビザが切れてしまうと、ＯＰＴ期間に雇用主からＬｅｔｔｅｒを発行してもらっても
再入国はできないと記憶しているのですが、
Ｈ１−Ｂを正式に申請しているというステータスで再入国できないものか、知りたいです。
どうぞ宜しくお願いします。

私は申請後、ビザが５月に切れて、いったん帰国し、観光ビザで３ヶ月居て、また帰国し、１０月にH1Bで入国しました。
