LAの大晦日　お店は何時ごろまで？

LAで大晦日を過ごすことになりました。
ラスベガスでは、大晦日は、お店が早くにしまったり、通常営業と異なるようですが、LAはいかがでしょうか。
サンタモニカ宿泊予定です。

それからレンタカーでLA内を移動するのですが、大晦日の道路渋滞の状況はいかがでしょう。夕方ごろにダウンタウンからアナハイムへ向うのですが。
