PCのSystem Restore

古いソフトを入れようとしたら、何か間違った事したようで何か変なので、System Restoreをしようとしましたら下記のメッセージが出て、何をどう変えたらいいのか分かりません。

Changes made to drive(s) E: after this point cannot be reversed because the drive was either excluded from System Restore monitoring, or was tuned off or removed.

PCの事がよく分からないのですが、これって、外付けHard Driveが関係しますか？　NortonのBack Upのため、Compact Hard DriveをUSBに付けたりしていたんですが．．．　最初は付けたままSystem Restoreをしたような(・・?、でも出来なくて次は外しても同じく出来なかった。

どのようにしたらSystem Restoreができるのか、アドバイスよろしくお願いいたします。

このメッセージによると、EドライブはSystem Restoreの機能を無効、もしくは除外にされていたのでRestoreはできないよ〜、と言っていますね。
戻そうと思ったポイントよりも、もうひとつ前のポイントに戻すとかしか方法はないかも。。。

正確な時期がわかっているのでしたら、復元ポイントを利用してみては？

oyadiさん、heathさん　早速アドバイスありがとうございます。

＞oyadiさん　EドライブはPCには今見たら無いんです。
ず〜〜と前に戻そうとしても出来なかったのでEドライブが外付けHard Driveなのかなとか思ったりして。

＞heathさん、復元ポイントを前にもどしてもできないんです。
