最近買い物にいっても、出かけても、「いつもとおなじだなぁ」って感じがして、楽しくありません。

時間がありあまる時は日本のビデオを借りて見てました。やっぱおわらいとかは、つぼにきます。レンタル代も高くないし。

趣味のクラスなどに参加してみては？コミュニティークラスから、ダンスや、フラワーアレンジメント、ヨガ、テニスなど自分を磨いてみては？
