I-130 G-325　学歴/職歴の記入方法

日本の大使館にて婚姻によるGCの申請を控え、G-325の記入についてお尋ねします。

現在私の日本で卒業した大学が大学側の学部統合などにより数年前になくなっています。その時、なにか証明資料など必要でしょうか？現在は私の出た学部なくなっておりますし、名前も変わっています。
また、職歴に関しては数ヶ月のような短期のものは省略してもよいのでしょうか？
