Japanese language bar

I accidentally closed Japanese language bar on the right side of top of PC. (to write mail in Japanese)
Please tell me how to show Japanese language bar on windows XP.

"Alt"と"〜(または~)"で変わります。
この場合、language barはでてきません。
こっちの方が簡単なので、私はlanguage barではなくこっちを使ってます。
