95年製のR33 skyline-gtsを公道で走らせる事はできますか?
また日本から運ぶ為にはどのような準備が必要ですか?

自分のをもってきたいというのでしたら難しいでしょうが、カリフォルニアにMotorexだったかな? という、ＧＴＲ専門に輸入する業者があったはず。 そこは、登録できるようにしてＧＴＲを売ってるはずです。
