花屋さん、いらっしゃいますか？

Floristで働いている方に質問があります。
私も、花屋で働きたいと思っているのですが、やはり学校に通うか、資格を取ったりした方がいいのでしょうか？（私は、カレッジをでていますが、全く別の分野の勉強をしていました。）
また、Floristの求人広告をあまり見かけないのですが(探し方がヘタなのかな？）、地道にいろいろな花屋に出向くのが一番なのでしょうか？
どうぞ、アドバイスをお願いします。

私は３０軒程まわってレズメを受け取っていただきました。求人は時々でてますよ。craigslistとか、新聞とか。

資格よりも経験を重視するところがほとんどなので、何の経験も無いのならアレンジの基本はせめて勉強したほうがいいと思います。資格にこだわる必要はないです。経験が無いなら、フルタイムのポジションはなかなか取れないと思います。（経験があっても難しい）
