学生ビザでのSS＃使用

質問があります。学生ビザ（F-1）でSS#を使ってバイトをすると足がついて強制送還になるという話をよく聞きますが本当なのでしょうか？

F-1ビザの学生は、特別な状況を除いてアメリカで労働する資格はないので、SS#を使う使わないに関わらず、アルバイトをすると強制送還の対象になり得ます。
