のどが痛い

のどがすごくはれて、痛いんですが、
こちらで、何かのどの炎症に効く薬やものがあったら教えてください。
お願いします。

のどの痛みが何から来ているのかにもよりますのでお医者様に行かれるのがいいのではないですか？日本の友達がのどが痛くて風邪だと思ってお医者様に言ったら『花粉症の症状です』って言われました。最近はそんな症状もあるようですから。

私もよくのどが痛くなります。なので、日本からですが、ボルタレンという薬を持ってきました。医者の処方箋が必要ですが、とても効きますよ。アメリカにもあります。お医者さんに聞いてみてください。

Rite Aid でequaline sore throat sprayを買いました。
これ、結構効きました。
お勧めです。

うがいをしょっちゅうするといいですよ。ぬるま湯に塩。濃いお茶などでのうがいが良いです。
あと、生姜をすりおろして、お茶にいれて飲む。または、すりおろした生姜、レモン、はちみつもいいですよ。
