ADSLとDSL

Problem / Need advice

日本でADSLで接続していました。同じくらい高速、というわけにはいかないかもしれませんが、DSLにしたいと思っています。
そこで質問なのですが
１）ＬＡＮのケーブルって日本でADSL用に使ってたのと同じで対応できるんでしょうか？
２）プロバイダ、お勧めがあったら教えてください。
自力で調べろ、という感じかもしれませんが、アナログ回線で遅いので、ここで知恵をもらった方が早いかな、と思って書いて見ました。どうぞ宜しくお願いします。
