天気予報が当たらない

The weather channelという天気予報のサイトをよく利用しています。

現在降水確率０％で雨が普通に降っています。

また、雨の予報が出ていても雨が降らないこともあります。

このサイトが当たらないのか、こちらの天気予報が当てにならないのかどちらでしょうか。

昨日の夕方ですか?
LAエリアで大雨洪水警報が出ましたがサウスベイ周辺は天気でした。

雨 風 竜巻 地震を自由自在に起こすことができます。
ペンタゴンの施設がアラスカ（今わデンバー）にあり米軍関係者が悪さをしてますから。
