携帯電話の契約

最近，携帯電話を購入をして
電話番号も変えたのですが
代理店の人が
前のアカウントの停止をしておくと言われたのですが
結果，停止されていなくて
２重に，使用料を払う事になりました。
電話会社ともめています，と
の返答だけで。
そんな事もまともに出ないんでしょうか。
泣き寝入りなんでしょうか。

その通り。電話は直接契約が鉄則、常識中の常識だぞ。代理店を通すっつーのは、運転免許の申請に弁護士を雇うよーなもんだ。客がカモになって電話会社と代理店が両方潤うよーなシステムになってる。損して当然。

いいえ違います。代理店に頼まれたのであれば其のお店の責任です。代金を請求するべきです。
