ラーメンの美味しい店

I saw there was a topic about good noodle places in Los Angeles, but I couldn't find the topic...
Anyway I am looking for good ramen restaraunt near / around Little Tokyo. Or I am from Ventura county so place in Ventura country or nearby. I like Miso taste.
