日本への送金方法 （養育費）情報求む！

養育費や財産分与に関するものを日本へ今後数年にわたり アメリカから日本へ送り続けるのですが、どんな銀行がより優位か教えて頂きたくとぴ立てしました。

今は円高ですので、みぞほなどの銀行でドル立て貯金がいいのか、普通にその日のレート換算で日本円で貯蓄していくのがいいのか。。。

はたまた シティバンクを使うのが得か。。。

詳しいことが全くわかりません。ちりも積もればの金額ですので頭よく計画立てたく思っております。
