DeskTop Computerの買い替えを考えています

DeskTopComputerおよびMonitorの買い替えを考えていますが、

DellのVostroという製品とDellのInspireという製品を比べてみると、
同じスペックだとVostroの方が比較的安いと思いますが、
これって何が違うのかお分かりの方がいましたら教えていただけないでしょうか?

ＣＰＵには、IntelE5300程度,または新しいIntelのＣＰＵのi3,を考えていますが、
これらＣＰＵのスペックの違いには通常、格段に違いが有る物なのでしょうか?
またＡＭＤで同程度のＣＰＵは如何なものでしょうか?

他にはＨＰの製品も考えているのですが、オススメのメーカー、製品、機種等ありますでしょうか?
また、みなさんどこで、お安く購入（OnlineShopも含めて）されていますか?

教えて頂ける方がいましたら宜しくお願い申し上げます。

僕は自作して好きなスペックのパーツを買いますが、
それができない日とならばそんなにお金をかけないで、
その分買い換えのサイクルを1年半とか2年にした方が、
よっぽど便利だと思いますよ。
ほとんどの日とは、ハードのスペックよりもソフトのアップデートやらスタートアップの多さやらでちゃんと設定してなくて遅くなっていくので。
