インテルチップのマックでウインドウズを動かす

今マックG４を使っています。
ぼつぼつインテルチップのマックに買い替えを考えています。
ウインドウズがマックでも使える、とのことなので
この際ウインドウズも導入しようと考えていますが
PARALLELS, VMWARE FUSION, BOOT CAMPの三種類がウインドウズを動かせると聞きました。
BOOT CAMPは再起動しなくてはいけない、と聞きましたので今回は予定していませんが
PARALLELS, VMWARE FUSIONはどちらもおなじようなソフトでしょうか。
ウインドウズ初心者の私にはよく分かりません。
どなたかマックでウインドウズに切り替えている方この２種類のソフトの違いを教えてください。
できれば使いやすいソフトを購入したいと思っています。
