ＷＭのwire transferについて

今度はじめて日本に送金するために手数料がタダなWashington Mutualの口座開こうと思ってるんですが過去の書き込みを調べてみると受け取る側はなんか料金がかかるみたいなんですけどこれはタダにならないんでしょうか？　wire transferするときは日本の銀行の情報以外に必要なものはありますか？
あと送金するのに他にお得な銀行があったら教えてください！
