ＯＰＴ期間中に一時帰国したことが
ある人っていますか？
この場合、まだＯＰＴ期間中であれば再びアメリカに戻ってこられるのでしょうか？

もし帰国が、仕事の一環であるならば戻って来れるはずですよ。
少なくともうちの人事はそういってました。
詳しいことは分からないですけど。
雇用主からなんかの書類にサインをもらう？とかなんですかね？

はい、今日戻ってきました。約2週間日本に滞在しました。雇用主からの手紙も何もなかったですよ。ただI-20を見せただけでした。学校側にも帰る前に確認したら大丈夫ということでした。

私も一ヶ月日本に帰りましたが、まったく大丈夫です。I-20にサインがあるかだけ確認すればOKです。
でも申請期間中だとだめらしく、再入国できないんだとか。

私も12月からOPT期間になるのですが、日本に帰る予定があります。その場合 仕事先が決まってなくても戻ってこれるのでしょうか？I-20のサインだけで大丈夫なんですかね？？
