同じアパートの人がいきなり来月からレントを＄２００上げるといわれたそうです。そんなのってひどすぎる！！うちもそのうち言われるのかなあ。。。と懸念中。ＬＡはレントコントロールはないと聞いたけどだったら大家の好きなだけ値上げしていいってこと？それを規制するところはないの？？
