ワンタンの保存方法を教えて下さい。

ワンタンを自分で作って、冷凍をして保存をしたいのですが、使うときにいつもうまくいきません。
解凍しすぎると破れてしまい、まだ凍ったままだとなかなか一つ一つが離れません。
どなたかいい保存冷凍保存方法をご存知でしたら、教えて下さい。
