アメリカ滞在についてなんですが。

当方は今コミカレに通っていまして、そろそろトランスファーのためにどの学校にいこうかと色々調べていました。
するとある学校があなたは日本の学校を卒業してるからもしかしたら２ndバーチャーズディグリープログラムを使えるかもしれないと言ってきました。
もし使えたらコミカレに行く必要がないのでTOEFLの点数だけとってそれを提出すればコミカレにいかず大学に編入できるらしいのですが。
一応コミカレにいくということでビザは申請したんですが、自分の都合で勝手にやめて日本にかえってTOEFLの点数を満たしたあとほかの学校に書類を出してその学校に行くことは可能なのでしょうか?アメリカに滞在さえしなければ授業を取らなくても問題ないのでしょうか?
それともアメリカに滞在して授業を取らないと問題が起こるのでしょうか?
基本的な質問かもしれませんが、こういった知識が全くないので教えていただけると助かります。どうぞよろしくお願いします。

日本で大卒なら、コミカレに行く必要がないだけではなく、大学にも
行く必要ないですよね。大学院に行きましょう。

みなさん返信遅くなって申し訳ございません。色々教えていただきありがとうございます。院にいけることはわかっていたんですが。
日本で卒業したのが経済学部でアメリカでべんきょうしているのが運動学というスポーツ医学関係なので全然分野が違うんです。だもんで院にいきなり言ったところで専門的な知識不足できついので院にはいけなかったんですね。
オファーを出したい学校に連絡を入れてるんですが、メールではいくらまっても帰ってこなさそうですね。
むこうにもどったら学校に直接いくか、電話できいてみたいと思います。もしコミカレにいく必要がなければアパートも車も全部整理して一度日本に帰ろうかなと思っています。
学部が違うので多分３、４年過程は院に行く前にいってその後に院で勉強できたらいいなぁと思っています。
アメリカ滞在の事なんです、アメリカにいなければ授業を取らなくてもいいということなんでしょうか?
それなら今期で全部整理して日本に帰ってきたいと思っているんですが、そこら辺どうなんでしょうか。
