1年半ぐらい前にレストランで逢った方にビバリーセンターの辺りに沖縄料理の店があると聞いた事がありますが私も詳しい事は？・です。私もあれば是非行きたいので情報下さい。

#2さん、サードとラシエネガの西南角に「オキナワ」って店ありましたね。でもあれはオキナワ料理の店ではなく、白人相手のありふれた日本食でしたし、潰れたはずです。今はたしかテイクアウト中心の寿司屋だと思いますよ。
昔はバレーの方に、沖縄出身の御夫婦がやってる沖縄料理の店があって、豚の角煮とか、ソーキそばとか、ゴーヤチャンプルとか美味しかったんですが遥か昔になくなりました。今は南カリフォルニアにはないんじゃないですか？僕も知りたいです。
早道は、料理上手な沖縄出身の方と知り合いになって、作ってもらうこと！？かな！？

City of Industryに「いなかっぺ」という名前のお店があります。
ゴーヤーチャンプルーと沖縄そばがあると思います。

ソーキそば、ヤギ汁などがありますよ。

にIshikawaという沖縄出身のご夫婦がやられてるお寿司屋があります。ソーキとかの豚料理は沖縄出身のお客さんだけでなく、沖縄にいたときあるアメリカ人の元軍人さんとかが食べてますよ。わざわざＬＡから沖縄料理食べに来る人もいました。
自分はこの店いくまでソーキそば食べたときなかったですけど、美味しいですよね。唐辛子の漬けたソース入れて食べるの好きです。

ビバリーセンターの近くの店は
もしかして、「OKINAWA」という名前の寿司屋のことでは・・・
ビビナビの「まちかどホットリスト」の一番上に、現在掲載中の
シャーマンオークスのTOSHISUSHIというところのオーナーの方が沖縄出身で
沖縄そば出すみたいな事が書いてあった気がします。
あと、話だと
オレンジカウンティーかサンディエゴのほうで
沖縄料理屋があるとも。

話はずれますが・・今月マルカイで沖縄ファアーをやってたので試しに沖縄そば買ってみました！すごく美味しかった！！一味を入れると又最高！！
