There was my piano and many other things in this house, but it doesn't matter to this psychopathic old man, he either sells, donates, or throws away all my things.
These psychopaths are very well-spoken and seem to be good people.
In reality, all they seem to care about is exploiting and taking over people's homes. A few years ago, Rhonda, who lived in a house halfway up the Hill in Hermosa Beach, died alone, and the old man was bizarrely excited, saying that he could have done something about the house before Rhonda died.
