「仕事探し」と「スタッフ探し」

過去に有料の新聞広告やオンライン、斡旋会社を通したり色々な事を試み従業員を募集していますが、なかなか条件にあった人が見つかりません。
「仕事を探している」っていう人が沢山いるはずなのに、めぐり合えないのです。
即戦力となる人員はどこで見つけることができますか?情報いただければ嬉しいです。

働く側としては、給料がその仕事に見合っているか、保険や、休みのベネフィットはちゃんとしているか、時間外労働の手当てはでるか、など働きながら考えています。アメリカの企業はその辺がしっかりしています。それによって、働く側のやる気も変わってきます。今よりも少しいい条件を出されてみては?

可能性は、貴方の会社の人材募集条件でしょうかね。
仕事を探してる人はたくさんいますよ。でも、中々見つからないのは多分、条件が厳しすぎると思います。
やはり、条件を少し下げて、3ヶ月間Trainingをすれば良いのでは?

人を探すのは大変です。
会社の業績に一番かかわる部分なので簡単にはいかないと思います。特にアメリカは卒業後の一斉採用などがないし職種によりけりですが給料も簡単には上がらない場合が多いので転職をする方は今より条件が良い会社と考えています。
他の方も書いていますが、どの程度の規模のお仕事（会社の大きさではありません）で、どんな業務で、勤務地はどこか、どれ位の職務経験が必要で（どんな言語が必要）か、給料を含めてどんな条件（職務での内容およびベネフィット）で将来的にいくら報酬を出せるのかなど細かくお伝えいただければサジェストできるかもしれません。
どんな広告をどこに掲載するかはその後の話になると思います。
また、仮採用された方のスキルが足りなかったのか、採用される前のレジュメを見ただけでのお話なのかなど、本当に広告で人が採用可能な職種や業種、ポジションなのか、また現在の会社内のスタッフでやりくりがきかないのかなど、この一文だけでは答えが見つかりません。
同じ内容で情報掲示板にも掲載されていたと思いますが、まずはどうしてなのかを探らないと先にすすめないと思います。
