I have to return to Japan urgently and my one year old child, who has an American passport but no Japanese passport.
I called the Japanese immigration office and they said that I could enter Japan with an American passport and a copy of my family register.

Does anyone drive a Toyota Mirai hydrogen car ？

I had corona symptoms a few weeks ago and took the test at the LA County testing site
