I was thinking of moving and looking at condo listings in central Waikiki.

When I came to Hawaii, I didn't know about it and lived there, but
along the way, a friend told me about it and informed me of the dangers of popcorn sealing.
They said it was a ceiling treatment that contained asbestos, and that if you touched it in any way, or on a dry day, the powder would fly around and if you inhaled it, you would get lung cancer.

The room we looked at this time had a popcorn ceiling, but
the owner was trying to rent it without explaining that at all, so we are not going to rent it.

Many of the condos in Waikiki have popcorn ceilings, so if you are going to rent a condo, I would recommend that you find a place with a clean ceiling and sign a contract to avoid health hazards.

I am considering leasing a car.

Four Japanese members of the family, seniors, but they are not well and cannot go out because of the coronas.

I came to the U.S. in September 2020 and am attending a language school 4 days a week, 4 hours a day.
My part-time employer has asked me to fill out Form W4.
Will filling out this form affect my F1 visa in any way or have any negative impact on my future visa status (permanent residence)
?
I just started working, about 18 hours a week.
If there is a problem, I would like to discuss it with my employer and deal with it.
I am looking forward to hearing from anyone who knows more about this.

I am very happy about the restaurant reopening.
I have been to many places, but I haven't eaten udon or soba recently. There is quite a lot of information on ramen, but not so many on udon? Udon restaurants here are absolutely delicious! Please introduce some stores. Please use Kansai, Sanuki, or Kyushu style flavors!
