The other day, the price of an item I bought at a Japanese-affiliated supermarket in Costa Mesa was different from the price at a store in the same family in Gardena (the smaller one). It wasn't an advertised product, but it was cheaper. I felt like I lost something.
Other products also have different prices ？ ！ Some are expensive, some are cheap.

As the title says, but how do I set up the switching settings?

I would like to set the following, but the default is different.
There seems to be a way to switch by pressing fn and esc, but I could not do it on my computer.

F1 ： Display help.

I have COVID19 and am currently fighting it at home.
Please let me know if you know of a doctor in Los Angeles who will write a prescription for ivermectin after examining me.
I called over 100 places yesterday with a swollen and sore throat from coughing uncontrollably every day, but no one seems to be able to give me a prescription for Ivermectin.
Ivermectin is the only specific treatment for COVID19, and they say that just one 3mg pill will cure it overnight and the next day it will be gone.
If my lung bubbles are damaged now and I take ivermectin and fully recover tomorrow, it will take at least 3 months for my lung bubbles to heal back to their original state. If the disease is not treated with ivermectin or other medications, the lung bubbles may remain damaged for the rest of your life, and you may have to spend the rest of your life rolling around on a small oxygen cylinder or oxygen generator. I would appreciate it if you could ask your neighbors or friends who are doctors about this, as tomorrow is my life.

I have been working remotely in Corona for over a year now, but the company is now slowly bringing employees back and will be 100 percent back in the office by the end of this year. I have lived in LA for many years and was denied entry a few years ago. I didn't get penalized like being banned from entering the country for a few years, but I think it will be difficult to get a visa in the future for a few years. （ I don't intend to apply for a visa or anything like that in the near future because of Corona at the moment. ）
I thought that marrying a US military person in Japan would be the most reliable and easy way to go to the US, and I have corresponded and met with US military people on tinder, but as I imagined, my personality does not match with US military people.
By the way, I live in Kansai, so there is no US military base nearby, and I don't have any American women friends.
There may be people here who married US soldiers and moved to the US, so I may be offended if I write this, but I was watching on Instagram for American women who dated and even married all US soldiers, and they all seemed like idiots, just as I imagined.
I am tall and have a body shape that is not Japanese, and I sometimes wear American-like fashions and am sometimes mistaken for half-Japanese, so I am popular with Americans and can easily meet American soldiers if I want to, but I don't think my personality is right for them.

Does anyone feel like you should never marry an American soldier ？?
