We have considered selling it as it is almost unused, but we are unable to sell it and donations are currently not possible due to Corona.

We are an internationally married couple, my husband is American and I am Japanese. We are currently living in Japan. At the time of our marriage, I received a 2-year U.S. green card with my husband's spousal sponsorship and spent time working locally in the U.S.
In the fall of 2019, due to family circumstances in Japan, we are moving to Japan as a married couple, at which time we have also submitted an I-131 (travel document / re-entry permit)to the USCIS. both the I-131 and the green card expire in March 2021. Due to the sudden outbreak of the corona disaster, neither the couple has been outside of Japan since the fall of 2019. We are now considering returning to the U.S. for a week in June 2022, partly because Japan has loosened its water border control regulations and partly because we have already taken our third dose of corona vaccine in Japan. However, our base of living is in Japan, and we are not considering living in the U.S. again at this time. So, my question is how to enter the US.

① Should I get an ESTA to enter the U.S. this time ？
② If so, will there be any trouble at U.S. customs ？ I would like to prove that my return to the U.S. is only for one week and my home base is Japan. （ Should I prepare, for example, a certificate of employment in English in Japan ）? We are not considering it at this time. Therefore, my husband and I continue to make the same annual US tax return that we have every year as a married couple jointly, even after the GC expires. Is this the right thing to do if I am a GC holder living abroad and do not want to waive my GC rights ？ and if there are any other good measures to take, please let me know.

I am Self Employed and received unemployment insurance from the PUA.
Like numerous others, I received a Notice and appeal form requesting a refund.

I am an individual fiduciary who rents equipment in the store. I probably do not have a formal outsourcing agreement with the store
and I do not have a business license myself.

I filed a 1099-MISC last month and received a Notice requesting a refund with no effect.

How did all of you who are eligible respond ？

I lived in Southern California around 1970, from 1976 until 1991, and returned last year at the age of 60.
I was born in Japan, but my father's work took me to Paris when I was 4 years old, and to Southern California when I was 9 （ in 1970 ）.
I first learned Japanese at Tozai Gakuen. In fact, my wife and I were married in a church at Tozai Gakuen. Have Mr. and Mrs. Nakamura passed away? ？
I returned to Japan after about two years, but the other day I took my 21-year-old son by car around Torrance and Gardena, where we used to live.
At that time, only expatriate families from various companies drove Japanese cars. I remember Mr. Toyoda's wife was driving a Corolla. Our family was a Honda.
You can tell which expatriate you are.
Then when I was 15, my father left and we came back. At first we lived in Redondo Beach, but for some reason I went to South High School in Torrance. I remember washing dishes at a sushi restaurant called "Kikusui" at night, but of course that restaurant is no longer there. I remember there was a restaurant called "Yuki" in 1970 as well, I believe. At that time they didn't let us have sushi, it was inari-zushi, and I remember visiting there several times, even when I was 15 years old back then.
I remember this place too, but I wonder if it is now an office or Walmart ？
I missed South Bay, although it was moved to San Fernando Valley in 1977.
While attending UCSD, I worked as a tourist guide in Los Angeles during summer vacations to earn money for tuition and living expenses. As I recall, I was a subcontractor for Nittsu Travel. It allowed me to get through graduate school without incident, and I also learned public speaking. I returned to Japan in 1991 and came back to the US in 2010. I went to Boston, Silicon Valley, and then came back here. Now I live looking at the Pacific Ocean. When I was a guide, I used to go to "Kushinobo" in Little Tokyo. That area has completely changed since then. I remember the store on the first floor with the deer symbol, but I can't remember the name. That area was crowded with tourists. I used to earn commissions by selling "Senka" Beef Jerkey. Sushi Gen still exists, but I wonder if it is the same as it used to be. ？ I have not tried it yet.
