永住権保持者と市民権（アメリカ人）との結婚

現在、学生ですが来年アメリカ人と結婚する予定をしています。
学校の友達も結婚する予定で彼女は永住権保持者と結婚するんですが、
私に「永住権保持者と結婚してもアメリカ人と結婚しても
永住権が取れる早さは今、同じだから！」と言ってきました。
そして「結婚した後、半年申請しないで待って、その後申請したら
２年の仮永住権じゃなくて１０年がすぐにでるからそうしたほうがいい」と
アドバイスしてきました。
でも、私は２年の仮の後に１０年で別に構わないので「それでもいい」と
言ったら、２年の仮の時間がもったいない（？）とか学生ビザで
すぐに永住権申請したら偽装結婚を疑われるよ〜などと言ってきました。
彼女は上記の2点を弁護士に確認したと言っていました。
私は弁護士を使わないで彼と申請しようと思っているので詳しくわからないのですが、
早さが同じ、半年後に申請したら仮の永住権を飛ばして１０年もらえるって本当ですか？
ちょっと強要みたいに言われたのですが、納得がいかないのでどなたか知ってたらと思いました。

根本的に勘違いしてるよな～
永住権保持者と結婚しても永住権は付いてこないよ
永住権保持者がアメリカシチズンにならないとだめだから
で、永住権保持者が収入が満たないたとえば学生とかだと永住権はサポートできないからね
とりあえず、あんたが学生で知り合ってすぐとかの申請だと偽装を疑われるわな

完璧偽装結婚だろ。
英語もろくに話せないのにグリーンカード欲しさにバカなアメリカ人と結婚して子供産んで捨てられて不幸になるのが目に見えてるよ。
日本に帰りなさいな。
