Even during the Trump era, the Keystone Pipeline was far from complete, and you talk about it as if it had helped lower gasoline prices, you dumbass. It hasn't affected the price of gasoline one cent since then. LOL

I already wrote somewhere that Keystone Pipeline is a Trump Republican lie and bluff about job growth to begin with. It also cost the government $5.2 BILLION already, and they needed an additional $7 BILLION.

Obama's clean energy policy was aimed at far more lasting jobs, but he went out of his way to backtrack on it, and it's a fool's errand pushed by Republicans who care more about electoral votes than protecting nature, even though it will destroy the environment and have no economic benefits.

Since they quit oil drilling from the viewpoint of environmental destruction and the price of gasoline skyrocketed due to the impact of Russian sanctions, Biden was driven into a corner and ran various compromise measures, and I am sure he is at least making efforts to lower the price.

The only thing that is not straightforward is the Republican Party's cozy relationship with oil money, which has existed for a long time. If you think that the fact that the price of oil is going down but the price of gasoline keeps going up and that this is before the mid-term elections has nothing to do with it, congratulations.

There is only so much the federal government can do, so prices won't fall before the midterm elections. After all, the oil companies are flush with cash and now is the perfect time for them to defeat their Democrat opponents in the mid-term elections.

I don't see how this logic makes sense when neither Ukraine, the US, nor the EU invaded Russia. Moreover, you are foolish enough to just take Putin's dictum and speak for him. Russia's real target is probably Ukraine's energy resources. It was a threat to exports to the EU, which was a major customer of theirs, so they forcefully interfered and blindsided them. The energy business is probably behind the U.S. support as well.
