This is a complaint about a male instructor at a Japanese driving school in the LA area. I was looking for a driving school in California to get a driver's license, so I searched for one through Vivinavi and took it, but the instructor's arrogant and overbearing attitude from start to finish made me feel very bad. The instructor kept saying things that had nothing to do with the lesson, such as "Oh ！ you would have failed the test if you were like that ！". It was especially unpleasant because we were in a closed room. I regret that I paid for 5 lessons from the beginning. I feel ashamed of myself for having applied for the lessons because I felt comfortable doing so because I was Japanese and could speak Japanese. If anyone reads this, I recommend that you take the first lesson as a trial and check the instructor's human nature before applying for the program so that you will not have a bad experience like I did.

I am in my 70s, but I hear that some people are already preparing for end-of-life planning in their 50s.

We are now considering purchasing a living grave.

One tricky thing is the separation.

A year and a half ago
I lost my dog, who I loved like a 2 year old child, in an accident.
I spent every day feeling like I was in hell, that it was all the owner's fault and that it could happen to me.
Even now, that feeling comes back to me every day in a flash.
Finally, finally, I can write this story, but
I don't want to go into too much detail anymore, but
please reply if you feel exactly the same way as I do and can share 100%.
I have not been able to talk to any of my dog lover friends about this for a while now.
I was shocked more than when my parents passed away.

Cannot sleep even when mentally or physically tired.
I can't sleep even if I play relaxing music. I really can't sleep...
I don't know if I have a constitution that can handle short sleep, but not being able to sleep seems bad for me... I still want to sleep like a normal person. If anyone has any ideas to help me sleep, please let me know.
