Price hikes have recently stopped being expensive and we have become accustomed to it.
Choose the cheapest supermarket from the beginning and buy only what you need without looking at the price. I don't go on a supermarket shopping spree. It gives you a chance to buy unnecessary things, and you end up throwing them away because you can't finish eating them. I buy meat and fish in bulk when they are cheap and freeze them in small portions. I decide from the beginning how many times a month I will eat the more expensive menu items and try to go out shopping when the refrigerator is empty.
I save electricity by going shopping in the afternoon when it is the hottest time of the day and setting the temperature at home to a high level. I go to the supermarket alone. I go to the supermarket alone because if I take my husband and children with me, they put so many things in the basket that it goes over my budget.
I set a monthly budget and try to make ends meet within it.
I go out to eat less often and order less alcohol.　
I have started to extend my beauty routine a little longer than before and do basic maintenance.
I think I spend less money now that I can get the same satisfaction at a lower price. In fact, I've learned to find satisfaction without spending money. I decided to live here as an investment because I think I can go anywhere in my retirement with the wealth I have built in California.

I know it is hard for those who are in business, but it might be a good idea to take some time off and work slowly.
I am now studying minimalist thinking, which has made me rethink how I spend my money and time.

Mid-August is when school starts, right? lol You can't even analyze that, but you're looking up at me and saying "people who do business here don't come here". If your income is going to decrease because of a slight decrease in the number of customers, it's not much of a business, is it?
