日本は飲食店がひしめき合っているのと、夏は亜熱帯の気候で、吐きそうになるほど蒸し暑いうえ、害虫やネズミの駆除が定期的に行われないからじゃないですか。つまり野放し状態。
下水道の中はゴキブリの世界だそうですよ。

日本の国土のほとんどが山と森で、川も多いからね。
英字のニュースを見ないのかな？
いまLAではホームレスの数が激増していて、彼らの野糞、小便や食い残しのせいでネズミの量が増え続けていてノミやペストが問題になっている。
