I am a part time UBER driver.

I was hit from behind the other day at a stoplight.

The paint was just a little peeling off and there were no dents, but

the driver came out of the car that hit me and said, ｛ What are you waiting for? You stopped suddenly and hit me. It's your fault.

He was a rather large black man, so I called the police and asked them to come over here, and we exchanged information through the police officers and left the scene.

We then contacted the other party's insurance company and are now waiting.
At the same time, I reported it to the UBER side, and they contacted me the next day, but I am not sure how UBER will respond.

They said they would refer me to an insurance adjuster, but the next day they came back saying that we cannot be involved in the insurance matter.
But we have been contacted by Progressive via Uber, so I am not sure...

I have an elementary school child, and I am wondering if there are Japanese students in the class, if he/she can join ELD, if there are Japanese people living around him/her, if he/she can make friends with mothers, etc.
