先日、DMVから車のレジストレーションのリニューアルの手紙が来ました。
早速ONLINEで支払いを済ませようとDMVのページに行くと

ということで、The renewal fee is : $235.00ですが、このPNOはYESかNOのどちらかよくわかりません。
私はただ普通に通勤に車を使っているだけですので、NOでよろしいのでしょうか？
